1. Sesame Chicken Snack

 This fast snack is of my all-time favorites!
Merge one 1/2 cups halved sugar snap peas, three oz. cooked and chopped skinless chicken breast, and one tbsp. low-fat sesame ginger dressing in a medium bowl. Toss to coat. (170 calories, two.5g overweight) 
HG Tip! In the event you aren’t a fan of raw snap peas, try this: Place in a microwave-safe bowl with two tbsp. water, and microwave for two minutes, or until slightly softened. Drain excess liquid, and let icy, about 15 minutes.

2. Mushroom Quesadilla

Mad about Mexican food? You’ll love this cheesy quesadilla. All the taste without all the fatty calories...
Bring a large skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat. Cook and stir one cup finely chopped portabella mushrooms until softened, about three minutes. Transfer to a bowl, and add wedges of The Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss cheese, breaking them in to pieces. Thoroughly mix. (Season with garlic powder and black pepper, in case you like.) 
Lay a medium-large high-fiber tortilla (with about 110 calories or less) flat; spread half with the mushroom-cheese mixture. Fold the other half over, and press gently to seal. If needed, tidy skillet. Re-spray and return to medium-high heat. Cook quesadilla until crispy, about two minutes per side. Slice in to wedges and eat! (203 calories, five.5g fat.

3. Avocado Tomato Crisps

 Take avocado to the next level with the addition of sun-dried tomatoes!
In a small bowl, mix one 1/2 oz. mashed avocado (about three tbsp.) with a dash each of salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. (Keep in mind, seasonings don't count as a main ingredient!)
Spread mixture onto giant crispbread crackers with 80 calories or less each. Sprinkle with two tbsp. chopped bagged sun-dried tomatoes. (254 calories, 7.5g fat)
HG Tip! In case you can’t find the sun-dried tomatoes in a bag, get the kind packed in oil. Then pat dry with paper towels to get as much of the oil off the tomatoes as feasible.

4. Pizza-Stuffed Mushrooms

Need a pizza fix? Coming right up...
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Place 6 medium kid bella mushrooms (stems removed and reserved) on the sheet, rounded sides down. Bake until tender, 8 - ten minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, season two tbsp. canned crushed tomatoes with garlic powder, dried basil, and onion powder. Finely chop half of the mushroom stems, and stir in to tomatoes. Finely chop one piece Mini Babybel Light cheese. 
Blot away excess moisture from mushroom caps. Evenly distribute sauce mixture among the caps and sprinkle with chopped cheese. Bake until hot and cheese has melted, about three minutes. (87 calories, 3g fat).

5. Tuna Melt Bites

Low in calories and cute !
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 15 frozen mini fillo shells (like the kind by Athens) on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake until golden brown, about five minutes. Permit to cold. 
Meanwhile, place three wedges of The Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss cheese in a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave for 30 seconds, or until softened. Stir until smooth. Add a 5-oz. can of albacore tuna (packed in water, drained and flaked) as well as a dash each salt and pepper. Mix well. Distribute mixture among the shells (about 1/2 tbsp. each). (five shells: 143 calories, 5g fat).
